Overview

We offer personalised training programs for both men and women aimed at:

•  Overall endurance
•  Muscle strengthening
•  Reducing fat
•  Increasing muscle
•  Toning up
•  Flexibility maintenance and development

We offer Personal Training to all people, of all fitness levels and from all ages.  This includes city workers to mums who just who really want to get fit again.  We can also look at pairing up mums if you have friends and think it could be advantageous. We love to work with people of all levels, from complete beginners with no experience, to those who’ve been training for years but feel they’ve become a little stagnated or need that little extra knowledge to get the results they’ve been craving.

Location

We are based in Chiswick W4, West London and work mainly in the parks, so if you’re happy training outdoors, we can train anywhere and anytime.  We also are happy to come to your home but if you prefer a gym environment, let us know and we’ll organise it.

Timings
We try to be as flexible as possible and are available for training 7 days a week.  Although we do get busy with boot camps and other individual clients so please get in touch to book an initial consultation for a time that suits you, where we can discuss your main goals and needs.
