We’re passionate about our fitness, improving the core & overall body strength, run times, whilst reducing injuries, and being able to better accomplish longer distances.
We want more people to get out and enjoy the sport. Its so good for you. Regular running can reduce the risk of chronic illnesses such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke, boost your mood and keep your weight under control.
We’ve set up a free Run Club which leaves near Turnham Green Tube Station every Wednesday night.
The programme is designed for anyone. If you’re new to running, or you’re already able to run.
We’ll head out for a run, where distances and training will vary. We’ll introduce some interval training, fartlek, & speed play training and if the weathers good some strengthening exercises, focused on the core and general all over body strength, all combined for successful running.
